Abstract

Ketahanan pangan keluarga di wilayah pedesaan masih menghadapi tantangan akibat fluktuasi pendapatan pertanian musiman dan belum optimalnya pemanfaatan komoditas lokal bernilai tambah. Desa Putat Lor memiliki potensi singkong dan jagung yang melimpah, namun pengolahannya masih terbatas pada konsumsi sederhana atau penjualan bahan mentah. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan memperkuat kapasitas ibu-ibu PKK dalam pengolahan pangan lokal dan pengembangan kewirausahaan rumah tangga guna mendukung ketahanan pangan keluarga. Pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui tahapan observasi kebutuhan mitra, perencanaan pelatihan, praktik teknis pengolahan keripik singkong dan emping jagung, pendampingan kewirausahaan, serta evaluasi sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan terhadap 25 peserta. Intervensi menunjukkan peningkatan yang nyata pada keterampilan teknis pengolahan, pemahaman higienitas produksi, kepercayaan diri dalam memulai usaha, serta motivasi pengembangan usaha berbasis pangan lokal. Sebagian peserta mampu memproduksi ulang secara mandiri dan mulai merintis usaha skala rumah tangga sebagai tambahan pendapatan keluarga. Model pemberdayaan berbasis pelatihan dan pendampingan efektif meningkatkan kapasitas teknis dan ekonomi perempuan serta memperkuat ketahanan pangan keluarga berbasis potensi lokal.
