Abstract

Latar Belakang: Permasalahan rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pentingnya pola makan sehat yang beragam, bergizi, seimbang, dan aman (B2SA) masih menjadi tantangan di berbagai wilayah. Faktor penyebabnya meliputi minimnya edukasi tentang gizi di lingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat serta kurangnya informasi mengenai pemanfaatan bahan pangan lokal sebagai sumber nutrisi yang berkualitas. Kondisi ini tidak hanya memengaruhi kesehatan individu tetapi juga ketahanan pangan secara umum. Tujuan: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran gizi melalui edukasi ketahanan pangan dan konsumsi sehat. Solusi yang ditawarkan mencakup berbagai kegiatan interaktif, seperti penyampaian materi edukasi tentang pola makan sehat, permainan edukatif untuk memperkuat pemahaman peserta, praktik mewarnai berbagai macam buah, serta diskusi kelompok untuk menjawab pertanyaan. Metode: Metode partisipatif digunakan dalam kegiatan ini untuk memastikan keterlibatan aktif peserta dalam setiap kegiatan. Hasil: Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai pentingnya pola makan sehat dan potensi bahan pangan lokal. Kesimpulan: Edukasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak berkelanjutan dengan mendorong peserta menjadi agen perubahan yang menyebarkan informasi tentang gizi dan ketahanan pangan di lingkungan mereka.
